What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express as well as Paypal.

 

Do you charge Sales Tax?

Yes, but we only charge sales tax in the state of Nevada, since this is where our parent company, K.J. Baker Enterprises, LLC. is headquartered.  If you live in NV. 

Please check the chart below for the sales tax rate you will be charge (charge is based on where you have items shipped to).

During the checkout process only the state of NV rate of 6% will show on yoru order.  However, if you live in an area with a higher tax rate on the table you will be charged the applicable rate according to the table.

We will send an email confirmation of your order that will include the actual sales tax amount and your order total.

 

What is your return policy?

Return Policy:

Please inspect all items upon arrival and notify us within 36 hours (excluding weekends)if an item is damaged, defective or if we have not sent you the correct style, color or size your ordered.

 

Returns or exchanges for any reason other than damage, defect or customer receiving an incorrect item (size, color, style) will not be accepted, please refer to sizing chart and instructions before ordering. If you feel there has been a clear error in the color or size of the dress you received, please contact us and we will do our best to correct the error. For wedding parties please see our special wedding party section under our FAQ's section

 

Please email us at orders@bestdressesforless.com or call us at 1-507-858-8463 and let us know the item # and the problem with the item. We will issue you an RA# for the return. All returns need to be accompanied by an RA# or they will not be accepted. Please postmark returns within 5 days (excluding weekends) of original receipt.

 

Once we receive the item at our warehouse we will issue a refund for the full purchase price (minus shipping charges). We will issue a refund to your credit card or PayPal account within 24 hours of receiving your return at our warehouse.

Do you accept exchanges?

At this time we are not able to accept  exchanges (or returns) for any reason other than manufacturer damage/defect or if you receive an incorrect item (i.e., a size, style or color other than what you ordered).

 

How do you Calculate Shipping Cost?

We offer flat-rate $12 shipping on all orders regardless of weight or number of items on all orders within the United States.

International rates are based on location and package weight.  Please contact us prior to checkout if you would like an international shipping quote.

 

How long will it take for my order to ship? 

All in stock items will ship out of our warehouse in 1-2 business days.  Items that are on back order or out of stock will vary base on individual item. 

You will be notified via email within 24 hours of placing your order if any of the items you ordered are out of stock or on back order.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

Generally in stock orders will arrive within 7 days of order.  Incorrect address or changing your address, credit card issues and other problems could delay your order.  Items that are out of stock items will vary.

 

Do you have any discounts for ordering multiple items?

Yes.  We offer a wedding party discount.  Brides will receive a 25% off promotional code for their gown (or their entire order) if at least 3 of her wedding party gowns are purchased from our site.

Here's how it works- the bride sends us a message via our contacts page and let us know the dress style number(s) (if possible) and names of those in her wedding party who will be purchasing dresses (these can be bridesmaid, mother of the bride, or any other bridal party members).  Once all members (at least 3) have purchased their gowns through our site we will send the bride her discount coupon via email.  It's that simple.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, however, please email us for shipping quote based on your exact location before placing order as our checkout system does not calculate international shipping at this time.  Shipping for international orders is based on weight and the $12 domestic flat-rate shipping charge does not apply.
